A Gîte de France guesthouse in a renovated 19th century farmhouse in the Thiérache, 50 km from the medieval city of Laon – ideal for a family holiday. Family room with everything for your comfort and convenience, kitchen area, separate entrance and baby equipment (cot, high chair, bottle warmer). Children’s games and table d’hôte evening meal free for children under 4, half price for children under 10. The owners give courses on health food, cooking and fungi. Wide range of activities in the area: hiking on the Axe Vert (Green Road), canoeing down the river Oise, swimming and bowling at the Ile Verte, tours of the Abbey of Saint-Michel, the Familistère at Guise and the fortified churches.
